In no case shall myrehearsalpianist.com site be liable for any damages, including without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, personal injury or death, lost profits or damages from data loss or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the myrehearsalpianist.com site or its content, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not myrehearsalpianist.com is given notice of the possibility of such damages.

Myrehearsalpianist.com makes no guarantee that the product acquired will help the user learn the material intended and makes no warranties the product will help the user win an audition in any form.

ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
(a) you may not use the Site or any materials obtained from the Site to develop, of as a component of, any information, storage and retrieval system, database, information base, website, or similar resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution mechanism;
